Terms and Conditions for Retailers / Distributors

What will be the minimum order value?
The minimum order value for a retailer would be US $1,500. and for a distributor would be US $3,000.

What will be the payment terms?
Payment must be made 100% in advance at the time of placing the order through wire transfer into our bank account. we will not accept payments through credit cards.

What will be the delivery charges from India to US?
The price given for our brushes are on CIF basis (the freight and the insurance is being borne by indeutsch industries). the retailers/distributors will have to pay only for the local VAT and custom duty , if any.

When will the goods be shipped after order confirmation?
The goods will be dispatched in 1 week from the date of the order from our warehouse.all shipments will be sent through FEDEX courier service. for those destinations where FEDEX does not operate, we will send the goods through a different courier service. an intimation will be sent to the retailers/distributors once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

What if at the time of dispatch some goods are out of stock against a particular order?
If at the time of dispatch some of the goods are not in stock then these goods will be sent separately by courier as soon as these would get ready.

What if some goods are found defective and what would be the replacement policy?
Although indeutsch will take all measures to ensure that only top quality products are sent to the retailers/distributors but in case some products are found to be defective, then we will replace those products free of charge.however, these goods will be sent along with the goods against your next order.
